What a directory listing means
Directory profiles are informational listings. Individual providers may be listed independently or connected to an agency/company profile. A listing does not create an employment, contractor, referral, supervisory, certification, approval, or endorsement relationship between the listed person or organization and Bridging Families LLC or Bridging Families Academy.
Academy training information
The Bridging Families Academy Training Completed badge is assigned only to an individual provider whose completion can be verified in Bridging Families Academy records. Agency/company listings do not receive that badge merely because one or more staff members completed the training. An agency profile may identify the individual listed providers whose Academy training completion has been verified.
Professional-provider responsibility
Bridging Providers does not collect or verify the individual qualification items reported on FL-324(P) as part of the Provider Directory. Each provider is responsible for determining and maintaining compliance with applicable California professional supervised visitation requirements, court filings, declarations, and case-specific requirements.
What users should verify
Before retaining a provider, users should independently confirm current qualifications, registrations or background clearances, insurance, experience, service policies, fees, availability, geographic coverage, applicable court filings, and ability to comply with the court order and local court requirements.
Provider information
Providers are responsible for the accuracy and currency of information they submit. Bridging Providers Administration may review, edit, decline, suspend, or remove listings and may request updated information before publishing or continuing to publish a profile.
